Volume 1: Australian Dry Gin

Over generations, storytelling has been at the heart of all Australians. From bedtime stories to campfire yarns, it’s in our blood. As part of this heritage, it’s our goal to carry these traditions forward through sustainably crafted spirits.

Our first volume, the Australian Dry Gin, heroes Tableland Strawberry Gum in a blend of ten traditional and native botanicals. This gin shines with ice, a splash of sparkling water and garnished with a fresh strawberry slice.

Volume 2: Grenache Sour Gin

In 2021, we sold out in just over 3-months - but guess what? It's back!

Volume Two is a minimalistic take on our Australian Dry Gin that's been generously macerated with Barossa Valley Grenache grapes. For just over a week, still-strength gin pulls beautiful Grenache flavours and colours before being strained off, diluted and balanced before bottling to give that sweetness a nice balance of crunch!

A juicy Cherry red, the colours and flavours in Volume 2 'pop' in every bottle and in any glass with a touch of your favourite tonic!

Hand crafted in the industrial backstreets of Brompton, Volume 3 sources quality, local fresh fruit for impressive colour and berry characters that tickle the taste buds.
