Collection 1 - An Ode To Negroni

First featured at The Museum of Storytelling, Collection 1 is an ode to the beloved negroni.

Featuring our first volume, the Australian Dry Gin which showcases Tableland Strawberry Gum in a blend of ten traditional and native botanicals. This gin shines in a Negroni, capturing the wild spirit of the land. Its botanicals, a fusion of local flora, dance with vermouth and amaro. 

Evoking rugged landscapes and serene coasts, each sip is a journey. From bustling harbours to the tranquil bush, this is our tribute to a land of contrasts, celebrating Australia's diverse beauty in a glass.
